Happiness is not something readymade. It comes from your own actions.
Dalai Lama
I am absolutely in agreement with the Dalai Lama on this one. Being happy or joyful is unquestionably a choice every individual has to make on their own. The Bible clearly states “… that I have set before you, life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.
As humans, happiness is no doubt, the most important thing to us in our life. If we are happy with ourselves, happy with our health, happy with our relationships, happy with our career and happy with our finances, there is not much else we need.
“How to be happy in life?” is a very common question in the crossroads of life that requires that we answer. We hear it a lot from our life coaching clients. And we keep telling them, it’s an intentional progressive choice you will have to make. Let us take you through the process to get you to reach the how.

Unfortunately, it seems most people are not happy, at least not as happy as they would like to be. To be happy, we have to take charge of our life, grow our confidence, become people-magnets, improve our lifestyle and follow our dreams.
However, in pursuit of this happiness, we burden ourselves with the task of running round and round, up and down pursuing endless tasks until we are so worn out physically and emotionally and yet we do not have exactly what we are looking for.
But remember the good Lord said, “…Be still and know that I am God…”
Let us ponder on these things and we will share our thought again another time.
Until then,
